GCT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please read these carefully. All conditions stated below are non-negotiable.

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit covers administrative costs and ensures your place on the tour. This deposit is fully non-refundable.
  2. Final Deposit Refunds: Once the final deposit has been made, typically closer to the tour date, refunds are not available. This policy is in place due to the limited size of our tours and the associated costs incurred in preparing for each participant.
  3. No Tour Credits: In the event of cancellation, we do not issue tour credits for future bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to accommodate tour credits as per our policy.
  4. Tour Cancellation by Us: If we, for any reason, cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount refunded to us by the tour operators. We strive to provide timely notification in such instances and are committed to facilitating a seamless refund process for affected participants.
  5. Insurance Requirement: We emphasize the importance of obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, before embarking on our tours. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, unforeseen events may occur, and adequate insurance coverage provides peace of mind for all participants.
